As much as we love to talk shop and send happy customers home in brand new Lincolns, we at Mountaineer Lincoln love our weekends too, and we believe in making the most out of them.
Here are a few of our favorite ways to have a fun-for-all West Virginia weekend (no big planning or big spending required).
- Check out the weird and wonderful “Mystery Hole” in Ansted, where you can “see the laws of gravity defied!” We’d love to explain this utterly random roadside attraction to you, but this is one trip that has to be seen for itself. $7 to have your mind blown might just be the best bargain of your summer.
- For the best sightseeing of the summer, get on the Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad. This track is renowned for its sightings of Bald Eagles; even if you don’t spot the great American bird, the mountain vistas are sure to keep your jaw good and dropped.
- Jump for joy right into the bluest, coolest water West Virginia has to offer at Summerville Lake in Nicholas County. This is just good ol’ lakefront fun, with hiking and fishing to boot.
You have plenty of options for a wild and wonderful West Virginia weekend — stop by Mountaineer Lincoln and we’ll make sure you’ve got the right vehicle to get you going!
