Lincoln’s Chauffeur program is only one call away
One thing that sets Lincoln apart from other auto brands is that the company focuses on service-based experiences in addition to innovation and luxury. In other words, Lincoln is working to provide additional incentives like pickup and delivery for any model that needs service, a Lincoln Chauffeur program, and more. When you buy a Lincoln, you get much more than just a car.

According to Autonews, the Lincoln service experience is getting some upgrades. The Chauffeur program, for instance, allows you to call for a personal driver to help you run errands, get gas, pick up the kids, and more. Though just a pilot program at the moment, this premium experience is something you simply can’t find when you buy from other luxury brands.
“We want to make every one of those experiences feel warm, human and personally crafted,” Lincoln President Kumar Galhotra told Automotive News. “We’ve been very consistent with that. That’s a key differentiator for us.”
Lincoln was also the first brand to offer free pickup and delivery on any vehicle for service, but the brand is also developing strategies for service-based experiences before they even design new cars. This strategy allows the brand to know what customers want in more detailed ways than ever before. One new feature includes Lincoln Date Night, which allows people in certain areas to set up a 24-hour test drive of a new Lincoln, receiving a gift card to spend on dinner. You can essentially get a meal and a new ride for a day to see what owning a luxury car might be like.
Lincoln also offers a premium Black Label service which comes with special representatives that work with you one-on-one to design and customize your Lincoln. To learn more about the many Lincoln service amenities, stop by Mountaineer Lincoln today.
The Return of Real Luxury
There’s little doubt that the American luxury market has been sparse in the past decade with few viable options that meet the needs of the modern driver. The 2017 Lincoln Continental looks to revolutionize the industry once more! The car of presidents and movie stars has made its return in a big way and marks the comeback of real luxury.
The 2017 Continental kicks things off with an E-latch door handle designed to make opening the door itself provide a sense of overwhelming luxury. The sleek lines and attractive grille create a sophisticated style, while the athletic wheels raise the bar for the industry as a whole.
Inside, drivers will enjoy the latest in infotainment technology, starting with the SYNC 3 system complete with advanced voice-recognition software. A Revel audio system provides pristine sound in the enclosed, acoustically-friendly cabin.
An available 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine offers 400 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque for a perfect 1:1 ratio. Plus, the new Lincoln Continental is available with all-wheel drive, allowing drivers to travel almost anywhere in complete style and comfort.
We at Mountaineer Lincoln are happy to see the 2017 Continental leading the charge is bringing real luxury back to the United States!
Lincoln is always looking for ways to establish itself as America’s premiere luxury automaker. One of the car company’s most recent ideas was to provide drivers with the same exceptional sound they receive from their home stereo system, while they’re still in their cars. To accomplish that, Lincoln has embarked upon an exclusive, ten-year collaboration with Revel to add Revel audio systems to its vehicles.
“The Lincoln collaboration with Revel is the next step in our commitment to build vehicles that exceed luxury expectations,” said Matt VanDyke, Lincoln’s global director. “Revel is synonymous with the finest home speaker systems, and it’s that exceptional audio experience we want our Lincoln drivers to enjoy.”
Revel uses a scientific approach to create a sound experience even the most discerning audiophile will love. Revel audio systems will debut in the next-gen Lincoln MKX in 2015.
Here at Mountaineer Lincoln, we can hardly wait to hear the new sound system with our own ears once it launches next year. Until then, stop by today to learn more about our current lineup of luxury Lincoln models.
